How to setting the angle head on machine
Setting step as below
1.Stop block
2.Locking the stop block on the machine spindle
3.Loosen the dowel pins screw, From the top downward the dowel pins to suitable position
4.Setting the angle head on machine spindle, stagger the dowel pins & stop block
5.Rotate the angle head to make the dowel pins align at stop block
6.Pressure from down to up the dowel pins to make it lock with the stop block on spindle, locking the dowel pins screws
7.Rotate the adjust nut to the suitable position, make the nut touch with the stop block and the lever pushing to the suitable position
8.Attention:when rotate adjust nut , the lever must separate with fixing ring hold down groove
9. Loosen fixed trestle locking screw,rotate angle head holder to workpiece direction
10.Use the micro-watch to masureing the accuracy, locking fixed trestle , locking screw, all setting finished can start use the angel head
